Summer Camp Programs
Summer Camp Programs give students options of creating puppets, writing scripts and performing, depending on the length and intensity of the camp and the amount of student exposure to puppetry instruction during the camp.
Single-day presentations can include demonstrations, hands-on manipulation and make-and-take activities.
Longer camps (one to two weeks or more) can include instruction in puppet manipulation, developing scripts and shows, creating puppets, and using technology for sound production. Students showcase their accomplishments with a performance on the last day of camp.
Student-created puppets and plays make for a unique and fun-filled summer camp experience!
